WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE CONDO?
We have tried to include as many items for the use of our guests that will make their stay feel like home. We include, a hair dryer, magnified makeup mirror, stereo/ CD player, VCR, iron & ironing board, and the kitchen is fully stocked with coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, and all cooking implements. We supply all linens are provided EXCEPT beach towels, so bring your own.
DOES IT HAVE AN OCEAN VIEW?
No, we are not directly on the ocean. We are however only 200 yards away and you don’t have to go out of the resort to get there.
IS A WEEK SATURDAY TO SATURDAY?
In our main season (June through August) we usually do keep to the Saturday to Saturday week. But are willing to work with our customers and try to get them the time they prefer. Just ask!!!
WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO BOOK A RESERVATION?
When a reservation is requested either by email or phone, we send out a copy of our contract and the renter has ten (10) days to send a deposit.
A deposit. If the rental is for a week or more a deposit of $250.00 is required. If the rental is for less than a week a deposit of 50% is required. All confirmation paperwork is then sent to the renter. We require full payment by thirty (30) days before arrival date*
* If rental is to take place sooner than thirty (30) days from reservation request other arrangements will be made.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RENTER HAS TO CANCEL?
A: If the reservation is cancelled before the final payment (30 days) is received we will return the initial deposit.
B: If cancelled after final payment is received deposit will be returned minus a $50.00 processing fee - only if the unit can then be rented for the cancelled dates.
WHAT FLOOR ARE WE ON?
We are on the third (top) floor, and are a corner unit. This means your stay is quiet and private, with no one above you. You feel as if you are in your own private retreat. There is no elevator, so if someone in your party is elderly or handicapped this may not be for you.
IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR MULTIPLE WEEK STAYS?
Yes. Since individual week stays require a new set-up and cleaning fee each time we do discount $65.00 per week starting with the second (2d) week onward.
IS THERE A WAY TO PAY ONLINE FOR INTERNATIONAL PAYEES?
