WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE UNIT?
We have tried to include as many items for our guests as possible to make their stay feel as comfortable as if they were in their
own home. We include a hair dryer and magnified make up mirror in each bath. There is cable TV in both bedrooms as well as the main
living space. The master bedroom has a DVD player as well. We supply all linens EXCEPT your beach towels, so please bring your own.
Brand new spacious kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and all cooking and dining needs.
DOES IT HAVE AN OCEAN VIEW?
We are not an oceanfront villa, although the resort has it's own private beach. If you wish to walk there it is about a 5-7 minute walk.
Because palmetto Dunes is a large resort there is beach parking. We prefer this when we are down so we can keep the chairs and
umbrella, etc. in the car for when we need it. In addition, the resort has a terrific service during the main season, Memorial Day -
Labor Day. It's our "Dunes Buggy" it’s a free shuttle bus that you just call and they will pick you up at the villa, and take you to
many of the interesting areas in the resort including the beach as well as Shelter Cove Mall and Marina.
IS A WEEK SATURDAY TO SATURDAY?
During the high season (usually May through August) we do request that our renters follow the Saturday to Saturday requirement.
You may, of course, arrive or leave during that week if necessary although the full weekly rate will still apply. During the remainder of
the year we do offer different accommodations.
WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO BOOK A RESERVATION?
When a reservation is requested either by phone or email, we send out a copy of our contract if requested. The renter has ten (10) days
to send us the $300.00 deposit. However, if the rental takes place within 30 days, the full rental payment is required up-front.
When we receive the payment we send out a confirmation with all pertinent information. Full payment is required thirty (30) days prior to
arrival. When it is received you will be sent the necessary paperwork, keys, return envelope for the key, lock box code (if necessary)
security pass, directions etc.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RENTER HAS TO CANCEL?
A: If the reservation is cancelled prior to final payment (30 days) is received your deposit will be returned minus a $75.00 fee.
B: If cancellation occurs after the final payment we will return the payment minus the fee only if arrangements with another rentor can then be made for the same date(s).
WHAT FLOOR ARE WE ON?
Our villa is all on one level on the ground floor. There is just one step to enter the property.
IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR MULTIPLE WEEK STAYS?
Yes, since all rentals require a new set-up and cleaning, we do offer a $65.00 per week discount starting with the second week.
WHAT'S THE PARKING SITUATION ?
All of the villas surround a common parking area. Handicapped parking is just outside our door.
